I purchased this to see if I could realize any relief from my hand arthritis... I have to say, my joint pain has greatly improved and my fingers are more "pliable", I've been able to increase the movement in my fingers/hands with less pain. I'm incredibly happy with the infraredi - I use it faithfully once per day on each hand, sometimes twice if I feel it's needed and I've also tried it on muscles, bruising, etc. I am extremely happy with my purchase... I'm glad that I took the chance and gave it a try.

I have been using this for about 3 weeks , several times a day on my foot which has been diagnosed with sinus tarsi & osteoarthritis.The pain & swelling has decreased & when I mentioned it to my podiatrist he said redlight therapy is something they recommend as it can "recharge"cells.My foot is not healed & is still painful but this definitely helps & I thought the cost was reasonable

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
