I didn’t know what to expect, but honestly this is one of the best purchases I have made in a really long time. I like the Infraredi Flex Max Plus, it seems well built and I have not had any issues so far. I upgraded from a slightly smaller Alibaba panel and can feel an increase in power. The only issue I had was when I unboxed the panel there was a lose screw rattling around inside the unit which ended up falling out. I checked all the backing screws and they are accounted for so not sure if this will be an issue in the future or just an extra?

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
