Great product easy to use

I’ve been using the body wrap to reduce inflammation for my sciatica from a herniated disc (L5/S1) for the past 3-4 weeks. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Have not received the product despite it being a month since the order was placed. Contacted customer support several times. While they responded, the replies mostly thanked me for my patience. Not entirely sure what is going on. There was some talk about it clearing customs, but no-one seems to be able to provide an answer. Each time, a return email is only sent if I initiate another update request. The last one said they were going to escalate the inquiry with UPS. The tracking results today show that the package is still stuck in the same shipping facility since 8/6. I have been very patient, but my patience is wearing very thin. Very disappointed. Will be asking for a refund.

Good product, but short battery life is a bit frustrating, can’t only use it twice before needing to be charged!

Use on my side & back as I do lots of lifting, & must have a weak muscle that gets quite painful. Ordered the wrap, started using it & it really seems to help, still gets painful, not as severe & goes away quicker. Also bumped my knee quite hard, put the wrap on it that night & the next morning, felt nothing, not even bruised!!
